Yesterday I had a great workout.
I've been building up my lactic threshold a bit.
So I'm extending my normal 15 minute workouts to near 30 on some days.
It was supposed to start with Med Ball Rope Slams, then Deadlifts, then DB Deadlifts.
However, my med ball broke yesterday... ONLY 12 Days OLD!!!!!!
Company is sending me a new one in the mail. Free of charge... We'll see how long this one lasts ;)

Circuit:
Extended Sets
1A) Incline DB Press --> Flat DB Press --> Med Ball Push Ups -->
Floor Push Ups
0-30 seconds Rest
1B) Ring Pull Ups --> Bar Wide Grip Pull Ups -->
Neutral Grip Pull Ups --> Band Pulldowns
0-30s rest
1C) Band Resisted Bear Crawl Run Outs (30s) --> Jump Rope (1m) -->
Airdyne (20s) --> Flights with Crab Walks down (4)
Rest 1 minute
REPEAT ABOVE for 3 TOTAL SETS
I finished the workout in about 18 minutes
